  • Smoked stringy cheese 80 g
  • Butter 2 knobs
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Steps

1. Let’s start with beating eggs and seasoning them with salt and pepper.
2. Next, let’s turn on the stove.
3. Place on it a non-stick frying pan greased with butter.
