Tuna steak with thyme, pumpkin and sunflower seeds

  • 30 g sunflower seeds
  • 30 g pumpkin seeds
  • A few sprigs thyme
  • 2 spoonfuls extra virgin olive oil
  • to taste salt and pepper
  • 1 400 g fillet tuna


Step 1.Let’s start with cutting the tuna into 4-cm thick slices, brush with oil and sprinkle with thyme, salt and pepper.

Step 2.Next, coarsely chop pumpkin and sunflower seeds.

Step 3.Then, roll the tuna slices in the seed mixture

Step 4.Next up, place the hot plate on the stove.

Step 5.It’s time to heat the plate.

Step 6.Now it’s time to sauté tuna on it for 3 minutes, turning it on all sides.

Step 7.It’s now ready to be sliced and served with vegetables
