Swordfish in almond crust

INGREDIENTS

  • a few sprigs marjoram
  • 1 orange peel
  • 100 g chopped almonds
  • 4 slices swordfish
  • 2 spoonfuls pecorino cheese
  • 2 slices durum wheat stale bread
  • to taste salt and pepper
  • A few leaves mint

Method

Step 1.For starters, pour crustless bread, almonds, mint, marjoram, orange rind and cheese in a mixer. Blend until mixture is smooth.

Step 2.Next, bread the swordfish slices with the aromatic breading mix.

Step 3.Turn on the hot plate and grease it with a few tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil.

Step 4.Finally, cook the swordfish slices on each side, on medium heat for a few minutes and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
