Coffee and cardamom panna cotta

  • 80 g sugar
  • 10 g gelatin sheets
  • 1/2 l heavy cream
  • 1 spoonful soluble coffee
  • 2 cardamon pods
  • - wafers
  • 1 bean vanilla


Step 1.Let’s start with softening gelatin sheets in cold water.

Step 2.Next up, place a pan on the stove

Step 3.At this point, pour the cream into the saucepan along with sugar, cardamom pods and vanilla bean split in half.

Step 4.Bring to a boil.

Step 5.Now, add drained and squeezed gelatin and soluble coffee

Step 6.At this point, sieve the mixture in the molds, let it cool and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.

Step 7.Finally, serve the cake decorated with wafers.
