Omelette with asparagus, prague ham and cheese

  • 4 eggs
  • 2 knobs butter
  • to taste salt and pepper
  • 12 boiled asparagus
  • 100 g prague ham
  • 80 g smoked stringy cheese


Step 1.Let’s start with beating eggs and seasoning them with salt and pepper.

Step 2.Next, let’s turn on the stove.

Step 3.Place on it a non-stick frying pan greased with butter.

Step 4.Next up, pour a quarter of the egg mixture and lay cheese strips, Prague ham slices and 3 asparagus on one half of the omelette.

Step 5.At this point, fold the omelette into a pocket, cook for a couple of minutes and serve piping hot.
