Margherita pizza

    • 200 g bread dough
    • Tomato puree (enough to coat the pizza base)
    • Sliced mozzarella
    • Fresh basil  2-3 leaves
    • Olive oil
    • 1 rough chopped tomato to garnish

1. Roll out the dough on a lightly floured surface.
2. Place it on the crisp® plate, cover with the tomato puree, sliced mozzarella and 2-3 shredded basil leaves.
3. Drizzle generously with olive oil and cook for 12-14 minutes using the crisp® function.
