6th Sense Colours Washing Machine with Colours 15° Cold Wash

The clever technology in Whirlpool 6th SENSE Colours washing machines is designed to preserve all different fabric colours, regardless of fabric type and save you water, time, and energy. With a 6th SENSE Colours washing machines, your clothes will look better for longer, you will be helping to save the environment, and your wallet will be better off.

COLOURS 15° Cold Wash

Outstanding washing results at ultra-low temperatures - when you choose the Colours 15°C option, our 6th SENSE and unique Wave Motion technology work together to produce the same washing results at 15°C as at 40°C * - keeping your colours brighter for longer**, and helping you to save energy. You can save 80%*** in energy consumption compared to a standard 40° wash!

Whirlpool's unique Wave Motion turns the drum back and forth in unequal amounts of time during the wash cycle. This means your laundry is better distributed in the wash, it relaxes the fibres in your clothes, and the detergent can therefore get into the clothes better - to give you a cleaner clean.

6TH SENSE Colours

You can also combine Colours 15° with one of the 6th SENSE Colours programmes, which optimise washing performance for specific colour sets, regardless of fabric type.

If you select Darks, Whites, or Mixed, the washing machine sets the best wash cycle time, temperature and drum rotation speed for the colours and also based on your load size and how dirty the clothes are.

So, your dark colours stay dark, your light colours stay light, with no colour transfer, ensuring outstanding cleaning for a variety of fabrics.

Detergent Dosing Recommendation and Eco Monitor

Do you frequently overdose on your detergent? Whirlpool's dosing recommendation technology suggests the exact amount of detergent for you to use. The machine bases this calculation on:

  • - Load Size
  • - Soiling level
  • - Laundry Type
  • - Hardness of water
  • - Type of Detergent

ensuring optimal resource efficiency and saving you energy, water… and time. And its better for the environment, too!

The Eco Monitor gives you feedback on your specific load's energy consumption during programme selection, showing you the most efficient programme to select for each load in less than 10 seconds.
